Delivery and Rates

All products on stock ordered before 23:00 will be shipped out on the Next Working day (if there is no Hollidays/Public Hollidays. For some special articles, a preparation is needed so it may happen that they are shipped next day in the morning. For other articles which are not in stock and need to be ordered from the manufacturer itself, we will also organise the shipment as soon as possible. The manufacturer also has good delivery times, and we forward the products on the same day of their arrival so most of the products specially ordered also get shipped out within a week

For most articles, we are currently offering a special transport via DHL .Deliveries are usually done within 5-7 working days worldwide. For bigger amount, a special calculation may be needed.

PAYMENTS

1. BANK TRANSFER – If you select Bank Transfer in checkout, it is possible to get an order and pay it trough bank as a normal wire transfer. All the bank and payment details can be found on the order after you have placed the order.

2. CREDIT CARD  – We accept Credit Card payment worldwide.

CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel the goods you should inform Maicson Ecu Tuning email or telephone. If you choose to send the email you must send an email to info@maicsonecutuning.com with order no subject line.

If there is made an order for a Tuning tool that used a Dongle and Account, Canceling is NOT POSSIBLE ANY MORE AFTER PAYMENT and ACTIVATION

COMPLAINT

If there is a defect in the item, you must send a written notification (e-mail, fax or letter) to the give Maicson Ecu Tuning, within a reasonable time after you discovered it, that you want to invoke the defect. Maicson Ecu Tuning will then give you information on what to do next. We will process the complaint in accordance with normal procedure. In special cases where we need to return the product to our supplier for clarification, we reserve the right to repair the product if possible. The rules concerning complaints are the Law on Consumer Purchase (consumer law).

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. According to consumer law, cancellation period applies to 14 days from the day the buyer received the item. If you regret your purchase, simply return the unused item in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, you will then be refunded what you paid. Buyer pays return postage.
2. Tuning Files – Tuning Ecu Files will not be REFUND! We cannot check the STATUS from the VIHICLE – TUNING TOOLS or Problems that the VIHICLE – TUNING TOOLS have at that moment. We are not responcible for any Damage on ECU / VIHICLE using our TUNING FILES – TUNING ECU FILES!  if there is any problem with the TUNING FILE – TUNING ECU FILE  please contact the TUNING FILE SERVICE we are ready to support you. If there is a Problem / or the TUNING FILE – TUNING ECU FILE will not work on your VIHICLE you will Receive a CREDIT on your Account.
3. For parts that Maicson Ecu Tuning LTD have to order, because ‘OUT OF STOCK’ the REFUND WILL BE -18%

The right of cancellation applies only to consumer purchases, sales to business / enterprise incorporated are not covered by consumer law. WARRANTY If an additional warranty is granted on the item, this gives rights to the customer that go beyond the rights automatically entitled under consumer law.
